India's living lineage
Mahindra's licensed production developed through decades of local vehicles into modern descendants such as Thar; continuity does not make every descendant a Jeep-branded vehicle.
Names do not travel cleanly
Argentina's IKA used the Gladiator name in a context that can collide with US pickup terminology. Market and maker belong beside every claim.
